Residential driveway before and after seal coating
Service 01 — Residential

Residential
Seal Coating

Your driveway is one of the first things visitors and neighbors notice. Cracked, faded asphalt makes your home look neglected — even when it isn't. We restore residential asphalt to a rich, deep black finish and apply a protective barrier that blocks water intrusion, UV oxidation, gasoline, and oil damage. Residential driveways should receive their first seal coat within 1–2 years of installation, then every 2–3 years to maintain protection. A well-sealed driveway can last 20–30 years. An unsealed one may need full replacement in under 15.

Water Damage Prevention
Sealer fills surface voids and blocks water from seeping in and causing freeze-thaw damage.
UV Ray Protection
Blocks oxidation from sun exposure — the primary reason asphalt turns gray and brittle.
Restored Curb Appeal
A fresh seal coat brings back the bold, clean look of new asphalt — great for home value and resale.
Significant Cost Savings
Maintenance sealing costs far less than repaving — protecting your budget for years ahead.

Service 02 — Commercial

Commercial
Seal Coating

Your parking lot is the first and last thing customers see. A cracked, faded lot signals neglect — and it creates real liability from trip hazards and uneven surfaces. We seal commercial parking lots, business complexes, churches, schools, and industrial facilities across Mississippi. Commercial lots with high traffic or heavy vehicle loads should be resealed every 2 years. Large surface areas receive two-coat application for thicker coverage and enhanced durability — not the single light coat that discount contractors cut corners with. We work in sections and schedule around your business hours to keep disruption minimal.

Professional First Impression
A sealed, striped lot signals to customers that you run a professional, detail-oriented operation.
Liability Reduction
Cracks and potholes are trip hazards. Proper maintenance reduces your exposure significantly.
Minimal Business Disruption
We work in sections to keep your lot accessible and get the job done with minimal downtime.
Extends Pavement Life by Years
Protect your capital investment — replacing a commercial lot is an enormous, avoidable expense.

Service 03 — Line Striping

Line
Striping

After a seal coat, a commercial lot can't reopen to traffic without line markings in place. Whether you need a complete new layout or a restrike over faded lines, we deliver crisp, precise markings every time. A restrike paints directly over existing worn markings — faster and more affordable when your layout is already solid. A new layout is the right call for freshly paved surfaces, ADA updates, or lot redesigns that maximize your stall count and improve traffic flow. Faded lines cause confusion, safety hazards, and compliance issues. A fresh stripe job fixes all three in a single visit.

How It Works

Our Process

01
Step — 01
Free On-Site Estimate
We come to your location, inspect the pavement condition, and give you a detailed, honest quote. We assess surface area, existing damage, and what prep is required — so you know exactly what's being done and why. No pressure, no vague flat bids.
02
Step — 02
Prep & Crack Fill
We arrive with blowers, power sweepers, and wire brushes to clean the surface completely. Oil spots are treated, cracks are filled with professional-grade filler, and edges are addressed. Sealer won't bond to a dirty surface — proper prep is what makes the job last.
03
Step — 03
Seal & Cure
We apply professional-grade sealer using the right method for your surface — brush/spray for residential driveways, two-coat application for commercial lots that need thicker, more durable coverage. Sealer is applied only on warm, dry days. You'll need 24–48 hours before traffic rolls back on.
04
Step — 04
Stripe & Hand Off
Once cured, we apply crisp line striping — new layout or restrike — and walk the job with you. We don't leave until it's right. You get a surface that looks brand new and a clear maintenance schedule so you know exactly when to call us back.
